I’m Kimmi, a transformational coach who’s been in your shoes. I know what it takes to stay fiercely committed to a training program while juggling the demands of real life, work, and personal well-beingbecause I’ve lived it.

I’ve pushed through exhaustion, setbacks and know what it takes to break through those struggles and build the kind of strength, resilience, and confidence that lasts.

I’m a transformational coach on a mission to help women step into their strongest, most confident selves—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. My passion lies in guiding women toward lasting strength, resilience, and sustainable health, so they can feel empowered in every area of life.

But beyond being a coach, my most cherished title is Mama.

My daughter is my greatest motivation—she deserves the best version of me, one who is present, energized, and thriving. I know firsthand the deep desire to match the energy of your child(ren), feel strong in your body, and never miss a moment—but I also understand how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself when life constantly pulls you in different directions.

Before motherhood, I was deeply immersed in the bodybuilding world as a Women’s Figure competitor. I learned what discipline looked like in the unhealthiest way possible. I went all in and constantly pushed my limits, even when it came at the cost of my well-being.

Once I became a mom, my perspective on health and fitness completely evolved. It was no longer just about aesthetics or lifting heavier—it became about longevity, energy, and sustainability. 

Over time, I realized that results aren’t just about how hard we train—it’s about how well we fuel, recover, and care for our bodies as a whole.

I began to redefine what true health and fitness meant. It was no longer about extremes or pure aesthetics. 

I changed my coaching approach in 2017 after I dived deep into research—studying holistic health, functional movement, gut health, inflammation management, and a low-toxic approach to wellness.

I walked away from the outdated, unhealthy approaches to fitness and weight loss— such as, cookie-cutter programs, restrictive nutrition, overtraining, and metabolic burnout.

Instead, my approach is science-backed, holistic, and sustainable—focusing on building a strong and resilient YOU without sacrificing long-term health, whether you’ve tried countless programs before or are just starting your journey.

As a single mom, I know the exhaustion, the struggle to maintain consistency, and the frustration of following a routine that is suited for my lifestyle.

It’s easy to put yourself last, push your needs aside, and feel like you have to choose between showing up for others or showing up for yourself. But I’m here to tell you—it doesn’t have to be that way.

I’ve gone through many phases of transformation—pushing my body to its limits, sculpting and building, testing my endurance and discipline and experiencing its resilience.”

I’ve been an athlete, a bodybuilder, a police recruit and a mother.

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, I gained 50 pounds during pregnancy—and just three months postpartum, I had lost all 50 pounds. 

But what I gained in that journey was far greater than weight loss—it was a deep understanding of how the female body adapts, rebuilds, and thrives with the right approach.

In my early 20s, I pursued a career in law enforcement and was hired by a police department. There, I trained as a police recruit, but shortly before graduation, I realized that my passion wasn’t law enforcement itself—it was the physical and mental transformation that came with structure.

I excelled in the fitness portion and not just in my own performance. The police academy instructors encouraged me to help other recruits master proper form, build the mental and physical strength they didn’t think they had and help them to push past their limits. 

That was such an honor!

That experience lit a fire in me to help others break free from mental roadblocks and a fixed mindset—barriers that not only limit personal growth but also hinder physical strength and lasting progress. 

I saw firsthand how the right training, structure, and mindset can completely transform a person, inside and out. That’s when my career path shifted from law to health and I knew

My calling wasn’t in policing—it was in coaching.

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women—from:

young athletes, first responders, military personnel, new moms, busy professionals seeking balance, middle aged women 40+, to advanced athletes striving to break their limits. 

My experience as a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength & conditioning coach allows me to create personalized, evidence-based programs that go beyond the basics

helping each woman I work with train smarter, move better, and feel stronger than ever.

Coach Kimmi became my coach 3/21. I came into a program feeling stuck and lost after trying to keep weight off that I’d gain and lose and end up gaining again. Yes it was an up and down roller coaster. I assumed it was my age and menopause and almost gave up.

Then I met Coach Kimmi. She assessed me and my body. She assured me that everything could change as long as I put in the work. I trusted her from the get go and was happy to hear that menopause wasn’t going to doom me. We went into a cut/fat loss phase for a while. Then we entered the build phase. Learned so much about nutrition during this phase, but had some ups and downs a few times not wanting to listen to my body. She knew I was eating things my body couldn’t tolerate. (I had no idea). She taught me by eliminating certain foods can really make a big difference. Energy, bloat etc. Seeing the changes we’ve made, I now fuel my body with what it needs.

I struggled initially and thought I would drop the weight so quickly as I did with Coach Kimmi in 2022. This was different, my hormones were imbalanced, my gut and digestion were in bad shape and my metabolism wasn’t where it had been in 2022! My hunger ques were nonexistent and I wanted to binge on sweets every night.

Coach Kimmi was patient with my progress and understood the process I needed to go through. We pulled back when I needed a break and increased calories when we knew I wasn’t mentally ready. I was mentally ready to commit in January and I didn’t have that “all or nothing” mentality.
